Our customers can oder online from, by telephone or by email. 

In order to finalize  your order the user will need to give us some personal data, such as their name, address and others. For this the user will need to fill all areas of the order form. Once you have made your order , you shall accept  the general terms and conditions of sale.

If eventually  one or more items of your order are not available at the time will inform you and will proceed with re-embursment in 30 days, counting for the date that we recognize the missing product or products.

DELIVERY - All orders are subject to the availability of existing stock. If there is any difficulty in delivering any product ordered by you we shall communicate immediately  and work a solution with customer. Any re-embursments are done in 30 days. Once the goods have been delivered the customer shall assume the responsibility of the same.

Once we get the goods returned we shall proceed to re-embursemnet  in a maximum of 30 days. The client will not be penalized with no extra costs for its re-embursement , we can retain re-embvursment until the client has proven that he has proceed with the devolution of goods or once the returned goods have reached our office.

Re-embursment will be made by the same channel as the original transaction. The client shall be responsible for any return costs.
